Terms of Service (TOS):
Payments are accepted via PayPal (USD).
Full upfront payment is preferred. Split payment is available upon request (50% upfront, 50% before final delivery).
No refunds once payment has been made.
Completion time is approximately 1–2 weeks per piece, starting after payment is received and the rough sketch has been approved.
Background fees start at $20 and increase depending on complexity. Simple or flat backgrounds are free.
Minor color changes are free of charge.
PayPal fees (6%) are included in the final price.
Commercial usage rights are negotiable and start at a minimum of +50% for monetized content and +100% for merchandise production.
